Phase 1 mock environment.

This prototype stores mock request, invoice, payment, and delivery records locally for testing the full customer journey.

Do not use this environment for live customer data or real payment processing.

Mock requests are written to local JSON storage inside the application folder. Delivery files uploaded through the admin demo are also stored locally.

When the ERP and Stripe integrations are implemented, this page should be replaced with the production privacy policy and data retention terms.
